This is a wicked and controlling woman; you can see her eyes watch everywhere, but there are none on her face; no kindness to show. Her breasts, source of comfort and nourishment, are withered and diseased. Though the child at the bottom is not even yet born, already she seeks to threaten and control it. The child at the top, twisted and arrested, hides its face as if it were glad to be forgotten. Her cankered lips, her long , lacquered fingernails, the cold steel pillar and the breaking white pillar, are all symbols. Original size: 9x12 inches.
